The project spanned from May to October 2022 and included several critical components aimed at improving and streamlining maintenance work within the port facilities.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Scope of Work and Assignment<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><br \/><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Condition Assessments:<\/strong> Fidell conducted thorough inspections of each technical building to assess the condition of the technical installations. This included systems such as ventilation, electricity, water, and security systems.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Maintenance Plans:<\/strong> Based on the inspection results, Fidell developed detailed maintenance plans.
