In this project, Fidell holds a central role as Construction Safety Coordinator for the execution phase (BAS-U), overseeing the installation of a new backup power generator in the basement of a property in Stockholm.

The project scope includes not only the installation of the generator, but also the construction of a sound-insulating concrete foundation to minimize noise, the integration of a dedicated ventilation system, and the installation of cooling units to manage heat generated by the equipment.

The work is carried out in a complex environment requiring a high level of flexibility and consideration for both ongoing operations and nearby residential areas. These conditions place specific and demanding requirements on the BAS-U role, where Fidell ensures that all activities are performed safely while minimizing disruption to daily operations and the surrounding environment.
