This project was launched as part of the continued development of Bromma Blocks into a modern retail and meeting destination.

In parallel, ICA, in collaboration with NCC, developed a nearby property including a hotel, office space, and an ICA Kvantum grocery store. Between the properties, SL contributed with a new tram stop for the Tvärbanan light rail, while the City of Stockholm developed pedestrian and bicycle pathways. These various initiatives required close collaboration and careful coordination between all involved stakeholders, particularly as the projects were carried out simultaneously.

Fidell's role was to lead the design phase and manage technical consultants in the development of system documentation for the new construction of the shopping center — a central component of the overall project.
