We offer roles within commissioning, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), documentation control, installation, project management, and site management. Through technical expertise, thorough follow-up, and close collaboration with all stakeholders, we ensure that every part of the project functions as an integrated whole.

COMMISSIONING
We offer commissioning services that include running test programs, simulating alarms, verifying system functions, and performing thorough troubleshooting across electrical, control, and mechanical systems. Our work is often carried out under time pressure and during irregular working hours, ensuring flexibility and minimal downtime for our clients.
SITE MANAGER
Our service also includes comprehensive planning, both internally and in collaboration with the customer, through regular meetings and coordination. We manage delivery schedules, provide clear progress reporting, and handle technical remarks efficiently. Additionally, we ensure that inspection-related issues are resolved and cleared in a timely manner to maintain project quality and compliance.
INSTALLATION
We lead and coordinate electrical/mechanical on-site work, ensuring that all tasks are planned and executed effectively. Our team procures the necessary materials and tools, and supports the installation process by providing clear descriptions and guidelines. We also manage and follow up on inspection remarks to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our services also cover workplace inspections and lift supervision to ensure safety and compliance on site. We compile both internal and external weekly reports, manage visitors, and create detailed work instructions. In addition, we perform risk assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date project information through regular database updates.
DOCUMENTATION
We ensure that the project database is continuously updated with all relevant technical documentation, including serial numbers, delivery inspections, and test scripts throughout every project phase. We also handle the updating and tracking of certifications and calibrations for tools and instruments to guarantee ongoing compliance and accuracy.
